I have been using the glasses for about a week and it was a very demanding time for me. Normally I needed 9 hours to fully recover and it often took an hour to “wake up” in the morning. Right now I was waking up alone after about 8 hours of sleep and with more motivation to get up. I did not notice any significant impact on sleepiness in the evening, although the symbolic wearing of glasses reminds me to take care of the constant evening routine.
