I recommend EyeShield glasses. I’ve got my version for day and night. I have had the night version for a long time. Even though the toddler is on the deck, and I get up to see him every night, I get enough sleep. I am especially happy that I can take care of my health and hormones without being exposed to artificial light, especially in the evenings.
